How on earth can such an accomplished drummer play the guitar with such a competent facility and such a good jazzy sound - is anybody’s guess! A delightful package of eight Mimi’s compositions well wrapped up. A Michael Blass in top shape along with a superior Kurt Van Herck and with Philippe, my long time partner on bass. A remarkable sax/drums duet to conclude the program. A very nice drums sound. Definitely for qualified jazz music lovers. (Philip Catherine)
