Paolo Loveri Trio featuring Pietro Condorelli - 3 for 1

Paolo Loveri has been on the Belgian jazz scene for 15 years and has recorded with Fabrice Alleman (2 CDs, Lyrae), and in a trio with Paolo Radoni and Victor da Costa or GuyCabay (2CDs) and «Improsessions».
With «Three for one», this is the first time he is the leader, the composer and the main arranger.
This also gave him the opportunity of playing with his first teacher, Pietro Condorelli, a main figure on the Italian jazz scene.
Paolo Loveri invited two other musicians to join them, with whom he has been playing for many years in Belgium: Benoît Vanderstraeten and Bruno Castelluci.
Over the years, the group has explored different facets of many personal compositions to develop a common sound and Paolo deliberately chose this moment to record this project, now it has arrived at its full potential.
The repertoire is essentially made up of original compositions. We not only discover with pleasure an authentic acoustic jazz ambience, but also compositions which are more easily classed in the "European Jazz" movement, where strong melodies are tinted with emotional colour inspired by music from around the world.
