Michel Paré

Michel Paré is a graduate of the Conservatory of Liège in classical trumpet and of the Conservatory of Brussels in jazz trumpet. He also studied at the Manhattan School of New York with Cecyl Bridgewater, Phil Woods, Toshiko Akyoshi. He has performed with Toots Thielemans, Philip Catherine, Maria Schneider, and the Brussels Jazz Orchestra. Michel Paré has also participated in Act Big Band, Ham Digs Ham, Tomas & Co and more recently in Jazz Station Big Band, the quintet The Sidewinders, and so on. He created his own quartet, the MP4, for which he composed.
